Last Updated: September 25, 2026
Welcome to SparrowKids.org.
Sparrow Kids is a Christian initiative of The Sparrow Group, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Sparrow Kids creates Bible-centered videos, stories, music, activities, curriculum, and other resources to help children know and follow Jesus.
These Terms of Use govern your use of SparrowKids.org and the content, resources, products, and services made available through Sparrow Kids.
By accessing or using SparrowKids.org, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
-
Sparrow Kids exists to help children encounter the truth of Scripture and know and follow Jesus.
We want Sparrow Kids resources to be used by families, churches, missionaries, schools, ministries, and others serving children. These Terms are intended both to encourage appropriate ministry use of Sparrow Kids resources and to protect the people, organizations, intellectual property, and resources that make that work possible.
-
Unless a particular resource includes different licensing terms, you may:
watch and use publicly available Sparrow Kids content for personal and family use;
show publicly available Sparrow Kids videos and content in a church, Sunday school, small group, classroom, Bible study, missions setting, or similar noncommercial ministry or educational environment;
share links to SparrowKids.org or official Sparrow Kids content;
direct others to Sparrow Kids resources through websites, emails, social media, church communications, and similar channels; and
use downloadable resources according to any instructions or license provided with those resources.
You do not need to request permission simply to show publicly available Sparrow Kids content in an ordinary church, family, ministry, or educational setting unless the specific resource states otherwise.
We appreciate appropriate attribution to Sparrow Kids when resources are shared or used.
-
Unless we have specifically authorized it or a resource includes a license permitting it, you may not:
reproduce or distribute substantial portions of Sparrow Kids content;
download and republish Sparrow Kids videos or other media on another website, video platform, social media account, application, or distribution service;
sell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute Sparrow Kids resources;
remove Sparrow Kids branding, copyright notices, credits, or other identifying information;
present Sparrow Kids content as your own work;
rebrand Sparrow Kids resources as the resources of another person or organization;
materially modify Sparrow Kids videos, artwork, music, curriculum, stories, or other resources and distribute the modified versions;
use Sparrow Kids content to create derivative products or commercial materials without permission;
use Sparrow Kids names, logos, characters, artwork, or other brand elements in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without authorization; or
use Sparrow Kids content in any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, exploitative, or harmful manner.
If you would like to use Sparrow Kids resources in a way not covered by these Terms, please contact us at hello@SparrowKids.org.
-
Sparrow Kids has a particular desire to make Bible-centered resources available to children across languages, cultures, and nations.
We welcome conversations with churches, missionaries, ministries, translators, networks, and other organizations interested in bringing Sparrow Kids resources into additional languages or cultural contexts.
However, translation involves more than simply reproducing words. Biblical accuracy, cultural context, quality, branding, permissions, and the integrity of the original resource all matter.
Therefore, unless a particular resource specifically permits translation, you may not publicly distribute translated, dubbed, subtitled, adapted, or localized versions of Sparrow Kids content without prior permission.
If you are interested in translating or adapting Sparrow Kids resources, please contact us at hello@SparrowKids.org. We would be glad to explore appropriate ways to work together.
-
Unless otherwise indicated, SparrowKids.org and the original content made available through Sparrow Kids—including videos, animation, artwork, graphics, characters, stories, written materials, curriculum, music, audio, designs, logos, trademarks, downloadable resources, and other creative materials—are owned by or licensed to The Sparrow Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The names Sparrow Kids, The Sparrow Group, associated logos, artwork, designs, characters, and other brand elements may not be used in a way that falsely suggests authorization, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Sparrow Kids intellectual property to you.
Any permission granted under these Terms is limited, nonexclusive, revocable, and subject to these Terms and any additional terms provided with a particular resource.
-
Some Sparrow Kids resources may contain Scripture quotations, music, artwork, fonts, media, or other material owned or licensed by third parties.
Those materials may be subject to separate copyrights, licenses, attribution requirements, or terms of use.
Permission to use a Sparrow Kids resource does not necessarily grant permission to separately extract, reproduce, modify, or redistribute third-party material contained within that resource.
Where appropriate, copyright notices or attribution information will be included with the relevant content.
-

Submitting material to us does not automatically give Sparrow Kids permission to publicly use a child's name, photograph, video, likeness, or personal story.
Where additional permission or a release is appropriate—particularly for material identifying a child—we may request authorization from a parent, legal guardian, or other appropriate rights holder before public use.
Feedback, suggestions, or general ideas submitted regarding Sparrow Kids may be used by The Sparrow Group to improve its programs, resources, and activities without creating an obligation to compensate the person submitting them.
